P.S. Steak | Restaurant Review

P.S. Steak dinner with Steak Trio, Hashbrowns, and Wine

P.S. Steak steak trio and wine

Tucked off Lyndale Ave in the south corner of Loring Park, is the unassuming steakhouse called P.S. Steak. This restaurant is one of the latest from the Jester Concepts family of local restaurants. It features elevated menu and cuts of meat. The restaurant prides itself on disrupting the traditional steakhouse concept with the intimate and modern designs.

I visited for Minneapolis-St. Paul Mag Restaurant Week for the opportunity to try some of the items on their menu. With the glow of the candlelight and the tufted velvet couches, it is instantly a swanky and intimate vibe. The service was impeccable with friendly and educated servers guiding us through the variety cuts of meats. All menu items are best enjoyed shared family-style. Dare I say, even consider sharing the steaks so that you can enjoy multiple flavors.
