Kyuramen - Eagan | Restaurant Review

#7B Tonkatsu Curry Ramen

With its first location in Minnesota opening up in Eagan, I was eager to try the ramen chain. It was located in the old Ghengis Grill location but has transformed into a modern Japanese-style restaurant. From private alcoves and fabric curtains to bamboo partitions and Tbaar, this is a great vibe for a casual dining experience.

The menu is fairly simple, there are about eight primary ramen noodle bases. You may have the option of selecting the garlic, meat cooking style, or spice level depending on the ramen. The food comes out pretty quickly so you can come hungry and be quickly satiated.

The ramen itself is well-prepared and flavorful. The ingredients are thought out with each one adding complexity and texture to the dish. Garnishes such as peppers sit on the table as you desire. I also really enjoyed the bao buns that come with sweet and savory pork belly

Kyuramen and Tbaar

The vibe: Casual and clean. A perfect blend of Japanese elements with the modern and casual twist.
