Bryant Lake Bowl | Restaurant Review
A historic and iconic spot in the Lyn-Lake neighborhood is Bryant Lake Bowl. The front of the house is a cozy diner-style restaurant. The back of the house is a six-lane bowling alley with old-school mechanics. There is even a small theater for intimate performances and shows. While I could provide commentary on the bowling and theater, I will focus this post on the food and dining experience.
One of the best times to dine at Bryat Lake is on the weekend for brunch. Not a lot has changed in this space but there is comfort in that, too. People aren’t in a rush as they catch up at the neighborhood diner for coffee and pancakes. The prices are reasonable, and the food is tasty and filling.
The vibe: Classic and nostalgic. Bonus, grab a lane for bowling and enjoy a meal from the lanes.
